These terms govern online orders for the services of CreaTusInvitaciones, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). We recommend that you read, save or print them before ordering.

The service provider is Syntessa Software LLC, a Limited Liability Company (LLC) organised in the State of New Mexico (United States of America), with EIN 30-1512860 and address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl Ne, Albuquerque, NM 87110, EE. The service
CreaTusInvitaciones offers a customisable digital invitation and an online dashboard to manage the event (guests, RSVPs and, depending on the plan, tables, budgets, door check-in, photo album and more). What each plan includes is set out in the plan comparison, which forms part of these terms.
The service is available for 12 months from when you receive access to your dashboard.
Price and payment
- Prices are shown in euros and are the final price. It is a one-off payment: there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
- Payment is made when ordering, through a secure payment gateway (Stripe), by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not see or store your card details.
- We will send the invoice to the email address you give us.
How to order
- Choose the plan.
- Fill in your details: full name, phone, Google email, type and date of the event.
- Review the order. Before paying you can correct any detail with the “Change” or “Back” buttons.
- Accept these terms and the privacy policy, and pay.
The contract is concluded in Spanish; this English version is provided for information. After payment we will email you the order confirmation with a summary; we keep a copy of the order and of your acceptance of these terms, which you can request at any time.
Delivery of access
Within 24/48 hours of payment you will receive a welcome email with a help video, the link to your dashboard and the support contact. To sign in you need a Google account associated with the email you gave us.
If for any reason you do not receive it within that time, write to us and we will sort it out. If we cannot give you access, we will refund the full amount.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from ordering to withdraw without giving any reason (arts. 102 et seq. LGDCU).
When ordering, you expressly ask us to prepare your access before that period ends and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once you receive access to your dashboard, because from that moment the digital service has begun to be provided with your consent (art. 103, letters a and m, LGDCU).
- Before receiving access, you can withdraw and we will refund the full amount.

We will refund the money within 14 calendar days at most of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
Changing plan
You can move up to a higher plan at any time by paying only the difference in price. You will keep everything you have already set up and the 12-month period does not change.
Your obligations
- Provide truthful information and keep your Google account secure.
- Use the service lawfully and not publish unlawful or offensive content.
- Hold the rights to the photos, texts and music you upload (for example, your own song) or have their authors’ permission.
- Have a legitimate basis for processing your guests’ data and use it only to organise the event.
Data processing agreement
To provide the service, CreaTusInvitaciones processes your guests’ data on your behalf. This section constitutes the data processing agreement under article 28 of the GDPR:
- Subject matter and duration: hosting and processing the guest data you enter, solely to provide the contracted service and for as long as it lasts.
- Data: identification and contact details, replies to the invitation, companions, table and seat and, if you switch this on, menus, allergies and intolerances (health data).
- Instructions: we will process the data only on your instructions, which are those you set in the dashboard.
- Confidentiality and security: authorised persons are bound by confidentiality and we apply appropriate security measures (art. 32 GDPR).
- Sub-processors: you authorise us to use Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Cloud and Firebase) for hosting. We will inform you of any change so that you can object.
- Assistance: we will help you respond to your guests’ rights and notify you without delay of any security breach.
- End of service: when it ends, we will delete the guests’ data within 30 days at most, unless you ask us for a copy beforehand or the law requires it to be kept.
Guarantee and support
The service is provided as contracted and you benefit from the conformity rights for digital content and services (arts. 114 et seq. LGDCU). If something does not work as it should, write to us and we will fix it. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during the contracted period; the Premium plan includes priority support.
We aim to keep the invitation and the dashboard available at all times, although there may be brief interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
End of service
After 12 months, the invitation goes offline and the dashboard becomes read-only for 30 days, so that you can download anything you need. If you would like to extend the period, write to us beforehand.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
Governing law, complaints and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, write to us and we will reply as soon as possible, and always within one month. CreaTusInvitaciones does not adhere to any alternative dispute resolution body. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
